we are working on a message guide but is not yet available. This message is telling you that attached device on port 2 at domain 1 is not responding to a port login attempt. Is this device an initiator or target device? Many Initiator(host) HBA's reject a plogi attempt from other devices on the SAN. The SN5428 tries to plogi to all devices that have registered with the nameserver to determine if it is a target device, if it is a host device the SN5428 would determine it via a plogi/prli and then end the attempt to probe it, but because it does not respond to the PLOGI/PRLI you get the message. There may be a firmware upgrade for the Host HBA to have it correctly respond to the SN5428 login, if not it is still nothing more then a informational message. Changing the log level on the SN5428 can stop the message from coming to your screen if you wish.
