can't access vlan with Apple Macmini thunderboth ethernet

We have Cisco 3650 and Cisco SG200, they are connected together with trunk link, and some VLANs in there,

All VLAN access between two cisco devices on Windows device are working well.

However, they are no connection when using thunderbolt ethernet on MacMini or Macbook.

Is it anything miss configure on GS200 in order to support Apple device  ?

Thanks

Jack

Hello Jacklkw01,

Are you getting a link light on the port connected to the thunderbolt adapter?  In the switch, under Port Management >Port Settings what is the operational status of the port?  Make sure that the switch is on the latest firmware and bootcode.  Also, you might want to hardcode the port speed and duplex to 1000M Full rather than allowing it to auto negotiate.  Does the thunderbolt ethernet adapter work when connected to any other device?

Regards,

Dear Mike,

Thanks your for your replay,

The link light is green

~5 vlans across Cisco 3650 and GS200-50

Cisco 3650 (VLANs + DHCP)-- (fiber)Turnk link -- Cisco GS200-50 ( new implement )

GS200-50 are connected to PC, Mac mini and Macbook with thunderbolt is "General" mode and set as Tagged + Vlan ID.

MS windows connect to 3650 and GS200-50 is working.

But Apple Mac mini and Macbook connected to sg200-50 can't access to all another ports.

Thanks

Jack
