Cant set up switch

Hi

We have bought 3 pcs of CSB 220

Serial number: DNI271201H9

Its impossible to find the web interface for setup.

I have tried 192.168.1.254 but not working

after factory reset I can see it from dos promt using arp -a but just one time atfer ping to it its gon again

-  192.168.1.254  should be the default address after factory reset ; to verify connect the CBS220 to another switch and issue the command :               show cdp neighbors detail
                and examine the current address of the device,

Thanks a lot!

I connected the CBS220 to a separate port on my router then ip 192.168.1.101 turned up on my laptop and I managed to log in to the switch.

Sorry I found another cisco device, so finding CBS220 is not still possible. I have rebot several times also factory reset.

I did some testing by contact random IP's starting from ...100 and found it on ...104
