i can’t monitor my switch from the app. after creating a new site, all i have is “add device” option that open the QR capturing screen. i’ve searched online and noticed the app should have recognized all ports and display the info accordingly, as the data is being distinctly on the web UI interphase. What should i do to get my app works properly? why i can’t avoid the scanning phase? i must scan devices? why? what kind of devices i’ve been expected to add and why the the CB250 switch doesn’t identify all ports info automatically?
second, on the app under “All Sites” tab, there is is the Cisco Business Dashboard. once tapping, i got “Connect your first Cisco Business Dashboard” with an option nor instructions how should i get the Cisco Business Dashboard capabilities. how can get that?
