cisco cbs350, management interface (oob) and SVI

Hello.

#show ip interface
IP Address I/F I/F Status Type Directed Prec Redirect Status admin/oper Broadcast
------------------ --------- ---------- ------- --------- ---- -------- ------
0.0.0.0/32 vlan 1 UP/UP DHCP disable No enable Not received
10.128.5.1/24 vlan 100 UP/UP Static disable No enable Valid
10.128.7.4/24 oob UP/UP Static disable No enable Valid

Now, I was trying to add SVI in 10.128.7.0 (10.128.7.1) but got this message:

Duplicate IP subnet. Subnet 10.128.7.0 with mask 255.255.255.0 is in use by interface oob.

Am I to understand that oob interface is treated as any other interface?

Also, would that mean that having oob in the same VLAN as the VLAN I was trying to create SVI in is unnecessary, and this would make oob interface my SVI for the VLAN 90 and suffice for the sake of inter-VLAN routing?

I thought the MGMT interface was a completely standalone construct (maybe not galvanised, but not seen as an ordinary port).

Would the below excerpt from the documentation confirm what I bumped into?

Also, and probably most importantly, does that mean my OOB interface can not be in any VLAN on that switch where I would expect to create SVI interfaces?
