Cisco CBS350 setup with stacking mode Native

Ask about working in Stack mode of the Cisco CBS350. From what I tested by setting up the Stack in Native stack and testing the work by unplugging the cisco unit1, it was found that the cisco unit2 would have the system shutdown for about 20-30 seconds and then turn on.  the server system connected to the cisco unit2 switch is now back to use. I would like to know if this kind of operation is correct or not in Stack mode or is there anyway to make the Cisco unit2 work immediately so that the server can work continuously in the event that the cisco unit1 breaks down?
