Been using a Cisco SF 100-24 Switch for a few months now issue free. Big storm came through a few nights ago and knocked out our power, since then been having issues with the switch. Some of the port LED lights are lit with no cable connected, while some connected ports remain unlit while a cable is connected. Not sure how to resolve this. I've reset the switch multiple times, and the same LEDs remain lit and unlit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds like the switch got zapped by a transient power fluctuation ..good luck.
You could call the small business support center (link below), but without looking at a warranty statemement, I would guess Cisco is not responsible to for power transients or ground issues caused by a lightning strike.
