Cisco SG250X is reseting his port configuation

Hello all,

we have a strange behavior of our SG250x.

Every time a connected device is removed (move, exchange, reboot) the port reconfigures itself. Somtimes the Port ist switching from Trunk to Acess, sometimes the VLAN is switching from tagged to untagged or it changes the native VLAN to a random one. We have no Clue, the problem only affects Ports with activated PoE respectively a Connected PoE Device.

Yesterday we carried out a firmware update of our Meraki AP, after they restarted all ports switched to native VLAN 1 on different SG250x switches.

Firmware: 2.4.5.71

thanks for Help

 - Check if disabling smartport can help (if enabled) either on the specific port and or globally.

Thank you. Smartport was enabled but not configurated.

Seems to be a standard configuration on SG250 / SG 350, after disabling Smartport it works as it shpuld be.

Our other Switches SG220 dont have this feature, therfor we didnt know that this can cause this problem.
