Cisco SG350 only getting one way voice

We have 2 offices, 1 sg350 at each office, phone server at each office and 3 phones at each office. The office can call the other office using the published phone number and have no issues. However when we call via extension- we hear ringback and then when the recipient picks up the call it is just dead air. The recipient can hear the initiating caller but the caller can't hear the recipient. voice vlan is 200 and data is vlan1

Phone server is on Access port 200UT 

all other ports are Trunk 1UT, 200T

Hi there,

 

If you have that one-way audio connectivity issue with the phones, the root cause of the problem is not the switches configuration. Instead, you should start looking at the Phone server config.
