Cisco Switch C1000-8P-E-2G-L Don't Work

Hi Cisco Team,
I am using a Cisco switch C1000-8P-E-2G-L. When I turn on the switch, the boot process stops from one level (see image attached). I tried restarting and it still shows the same thing. 
Please, Can you help me solve this problem?
