Default VLAN ID

I have to ask about SG-350-28 port switch , I want to change the default  VLAN ID 1 to another ID. 

as earlier in SG-300-28 there is option to change Default VLAN but in this Switch it is not available.

Also want to know how to balance the load without LAG?
