Cisco, Please reconsider the implementation of dictionary restrictions in v 3.2.0.84.
The following are some examples of passwords that are rejected due to dictionary restrictions:
"Password rejected - Passwords must not match words in the dictionary, and must not contain commonly used passwords."
Wrist+Blue22Cushion
Wrist+Purple22Cushion
Tower44Lunch*Elbow
Tower44Juice*Elbow
However, this is an allowed password: Box44Lunch*Elbow
I understand the goal, the implementation could use some improvement. Two changes could be:
- Highlight the rejected words.
- Allow the rejected words when they are <xx% of the length of the password.
Thank you.
