We have this Catalyst C1200 connected to our AT&T ASEoD fiber box. The ASEoD have been setup with Vlan for Private and Public connection. Private connection to the internet is not working. We have a Grandstream GWN7660 AP on the port that has a public vlan configured on it. However, it appears not to be working. Does anyone have an idea of Port 5 on CL1200 that has a public VLAN 5000 needs to have any interface settings such as "switchport trunk allowed 5000"? or ip address x.x.x.x /24?
Would on CL1200, would IP Default-gateway needed for public wifi access? How can C1200 have 2 default gateways that are assigned separately by Vlan? Or do I configure each Private and Public interface a 'router on a stick' type configuration? If so, please advise.
