Good day !

The next problem .

I try to flash the latest 1.4.1.03.

Immediately error invalid File format.

Although the file with .ros from official site.

Hi - if the switch is running 1.2.9.44 firmware you will have to incrementally update the firmware/bootcode on the switch.

https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283773614&softwareid=282463182&release=1.1.2.0

1. Update to 1.3.5.56 firmware/1.3.5.06 boot code. Boot code has to be done via TFTP.

2. Reboot switch.

3. Update to 1.4.1.03 firmware.

HI!
I'll definitely try to do so in the near future and I will post here!

Thank you.

Hello!

Thank you very match!

Thats all right.

Hey folks,

I believe I'm hitting a similar issue. I have been able to update the boot code to 1.3.5.06 and the Firmware reports as 1.3.0.62. I am unable to update to 1.4.1.03 and presume that I need to make an incremental jump through 1.3.5.56. Unfortunately I can't find this version on the Cisco site.

Ideas?
