How to reset factory default mode of Catalyst Express 500 Series Switches.
I am using Windows 7 Laptop. I was keep on trying to reset using this guide link.(http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-express-500-series-switches/70874-ce500-factory.html)
I dont have access in device manager . Si i am following this guide link Reset the Switch When the Device Manager Is Not Available.
But its not useful at all. Can any one suggest me how to reset this 500 series switch.
