How to reset switch to factory default

Unable to log in into our new ESW 540 switch because the default User ID and PW was changed.  How do i restore the factory default on the switch.

Can't get into the switch with CCA or explorer.

Hi, My name is Eric Moyers. I am a Network Support Engineer in the Cisco Small Business Support Center.  Since you do not have access to the GUI of the switch, you can also use the reset button on the bottom left hand corner on the front of the switch. Using a paper-clip you can push in and hold the reset for about 35-40 secs. Then your device should be reset back to factory.
