Port channel group SG500

For some reason my configuration doesn't show the native vlan as 100 or 100 in the allowed vlan list. Is this because its my default vlan?

Just noticed I'm loosing connection randomly from this switch to my network. Both sides of the port group are configured as a trunk with all vlans.

interface gigabitethernet1/1/49
channel-group 1 mode on
!
interface gigabitethernet1/1/50
channel-group 1 mode on
!
interface Port-channel1
spanning-tree link-type point-to-point
switchport trunk allowed vlan add 41,200,300,400
switchport trunk native vlan 1
macro description switch
switchport default-vlan tagged
!next command is internal.
macro auto smartport dynamic_type switch

switch32f1d0#conf
switch32f1d0(config)#int port-channel 1
switch32f1d0(config-if)#switchport trunk native vlan 100
Port Po1: The native VLAN can not be set to the Default VLAN while the Default VLAN is tagged.
