I recently replaced a series of Linksys SE30XX with Cisco SG110XX switches. I've noticed an interesting issue that I cannot isolate. The main router is a Linksys LRT214 (1Gbps WAN link) and I have a single SG11016 and several SG110D08 attached. Any device connected to the SG11016 can only achieve 400Mbps down speed even though up speed exceeds 800Mbps. I have replaced swapped CATE5e cabling and tried all ports on the SG11016, but no mater the connection I get the same 400Mbps down limit. I've tested by removing all devices from the network except LRT214/SG110XX/WIN10PC. LRT214 shows 1000/FullDuplex was negotiated and SG11016 LEDs reflect 1000Mbps connection. WIN10PC is also negotiating 1000Mbps/FullDuplex. Seems like I just got a defective SG11016, but I'm asking for feedback before I request RMA/replacement. See attached image for basic diagram. Same WIN10PC was used for all tests with nothing else connected to the network.
