I have a couple of SG300 28 port switches that I just purchased over the last few months, we changed out our phone system so we using voice over IP phones and the phones are now connected to our pc's. For some reason, the ports are dropping on the switches and I have to move them to another port and they pick back or sometimes the phone is up and running but the internet on a pc may go down? Also, is the power button on these switches supposed to flashing or solid cause some are flashing. I am new to these switches so I may not have all my settings correct. I do have the static ip in place and I have added a vlan. I just need some guidance on these, I wouldn't think that 3 switches would go bad like this. Any suggestions be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's again moved to inappropriate community, but now I have no power to move it. SG300 is Small Business switch, thus use blue [ EDIT ] button (upper right) to move it into Small Business Switches
