I cannot get an SGE2000 managed network switch to save any config changes that i make. I have tried upgrading the firmware. I have tried to save changes from both the webview and the serial / telnet connections.
Any suggestions?

I am having the same issues as you are. I have a SGE2010 and SGE2000 stacked. The ip address keeps reverting back to the standard default plus the other config settings that I have changed. Have you figured anything out on this issue?

Yes, i figured it out... no thanks to cisco...
After you make the desired configuration changes, Go to Admin - File Management - Copy Files. Click the Copy Configuration radio button and make sure that the source is running config and the destination is startup config. After you Apply, reboot and config changes should be saved correctly.

Yeah guys,
These switches have a running-config and a startup-config. They operate a lot like the enterprise switches and you have to copy the running to the startup like Brian stated.
Thanks for the post Brian.

Thanks, I had finally found it after I posted this. GUI switches are harder to config than command line type are, in my opinion.
