I have 2 SGE2010p switches connected in stack L3. I want to connect one another SGE2010p switch in the same location, but i'm wondering which solution could be better - attaching it in the stack or use it as stand alone L2 switch attached to the stack using 2xGE interface as LAG.
I have noticed that the stack preformence (on all switches in the stack) is reduced (what finally have impact on other network services) during some processes like "hard data replication".
I'm wondering if I have servers connected to the separated switch i could reach better network performance.
