SLM2048 system light blinking on/off

I have two SLM2048  switches I upgraded the firmware on one last week and was planning to put it in to production however the system light (green) continues to blink off/on  I have tried to reset the switch, turn it off, etc.  nothing seems to make any difference..

The light continues to blink.  I have been unable to connect to the switch via the web browser as well.

Your switch may be hung in a system self-test.  This may be due to a fw corruption during the upgrade process possibly.  I recommend you contact the Small Business Support Center (SBSC) to help you further trouble-shoot the switch and process an RMA if it's determined to be necessary.  They can assist you in determining the problem further.
