We have cisco SG-300 28 port gigabyte managed switch. We want to configure IPv6 on that device, for that we need remote technical support. when we contact for the support they are saying that it needs technical support subscription for the device, that is done through the partners. But when we contacting the partners they are saying the small business devices doesn't need any subscription. We are unable to find the correct partners to do the subscription renewal.
It is urgent requirement for us. How we can do the process.
