VLAN's Cisco SF 300-24

Hello Everyone 

we just got a new Cisco SF 300-24, and i have 3 ISP on my network, i want to create a Vlan 

that on it, so that the ISP will be separate from each other using individual IP address, 

i want 8 port on the switch to be allocated to each of ISP.
