warranty check by serial number

i want to check warranty of my Cisco device  so we can extend warranty with you and i have check with your tool warranty finder. This tool not provide correct information. So, please provide right tool for me so we can check ;warranty status of my Cisco devices.

I logged in, checked the serial number and Yes!  It's under cover.  But what device is it, Cisco???  It's a customer device "out in the wild" and I'd really like to know if it's a switch/router/AP/other.....
