10 Gb dhcp issue

We connected a new 3750x stack to our 6509 core today using two 10gb links in an ether channel using single mode fiber and LR SFPs. The problem we have is that dhcp will only work when the first uplink is activated. The second uplink will not pass dhcp requests. We have shut the first uplink down but the second one still will not pass dhcp requests. Static addresses work great no matter which uplink is active or even if both are active. There are no errors on any of the ports or the switches. Any thoughts?

Are you using LACP?

Can you post the relevant configs from both the 3750 and 6500?

Also, can you post the output of "sh etherchannel summary" from both switches?

To confuse you a little bit more we recently crested two new vlans and two new layer 3 interfaces. the link that was connected to our 6509 that was active worked with the new sinners. The link connected to the other 6509 would not pass dhcp. But if we connected the switch to a 1gb port in a different blade it worked fine. We narrowed it down to the 10gb blade in our second 6509 chassis but the blade worked with all sinners except the two new ones. We rebooted the 10 gb blade and it started working. Why eould one blade not work just for the two new subnets. The subnets were created after the blade was installed.
