1700 series router help

not sure if this is the right place but i have a 1700 series router and can not ping it. I know there is a setting that you can turn off to not allow it to be pinged i was just wondering if anyone knows how to do this?

Hi there, you may of blocked icmp traffic to or through your router, check any access lists on it, by typing sh access-lists

look for an entry saying something like deny icmp any any or similar, if not make sure you are within the routers subnet if on ethernet.
