Hi,
This is my cisco 1721 show ver output
Cisco 1721 (MPC860P) processor (revision 0x300) with 61987K/3549K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FOC07470APD (213828379), with hardware revision 0000
MPC860P processor: part number 5, mask 2
1 FastEthernet interface
1 ATM interface
32K bytes of NVRAM.
32768K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)
Is possible tu purchase more memory to install? or is it at the top?
Which will be the reference to purchase the memory module?

Hi,
The Cisco 1721 router supports a maximum 128MB DRAM, so yes you can upgrade your memory.

Edgar,
You have to open the router and then put the memory in a spare DIMM module. You have an onboard 64MB Dram and you have use the part number MEM1700-64D= to get an additional 64MB memory. Put the meory in spare DIMM mdoule. Please use the link below for the same:

Which is the best way to do this?
I need to open the router and then, change the memory module and insert the 64 or 128MB module?

The MAX memory size supported on 1721 router is upto 128MB. This product has already reached EOl/EOS. It will be very hard to get the parts for it now. Check with a local reseller if you can get an addtional 64MB memory and upgarde it to 96 MB. You are already running 64MB DRAM on this.

Hi,
Thks for fast responding...
I know that this router is old, but for me and our work, works really fine.
Now, I've added a 2nd wic (1-enet) for a lmds connection, is there any guide to configure the 1-enet wic??

My ISP gives me 5 public address.
Is enougth this wic or would i need the WIC-4ESW Interface Card ?
