2348TQ QSFP ports - host and fabric ports?

Which mentions that there is, somewhere in documentation, mention that the QSFP ports with white surrounds on the 2348TQ can be used as host or fabric ports. Anyone know of this? I'd like to use one of them for 4x 10GbE to a few servers.

Have you installed the Fabric Extender feature set? I think that enables those port. I am not 100% on that. I have not need to do a ton in the Nexus world yet.
