2960 Stuck in Reboot

I have a newly setup 2960 switch that is constantly rebooting. THis is the log, can anyone tell me how to resolve this.

Yes it did work when first powered up.

I did not do the actual work on the switch so I would have to confirm what changes were made. My biggest concern is trying to identify if this is a hardware or configuration/software fault.

There are two issues here.

First one, I suspect this is a bug with the choice of IOS version. Use a different one.

1. Power down the switch (pull the cable).

2. Apply power to the switch and force the switch to boot into ROMmon.

3. Use IOS version 15.2(4)E6. Download the BIN file (from the Cisco website) to a USB flash.

4. Force the switch to boot this IOS using the command "boot usbflash0:IOS_filename.bin".
