2960 switch configuration got removed after power flap!

Hi Guys,

 

have a weird issue.there are 3 switches from where the entire configuration & vlan.dat as well got removed after a power outage.

if you reboot the switch manually  its not having  any issue and configuration still exists in the switch.could not found any bug as well on IOS although its very old.

appreciate if anybody can suggest the cause of this,
