2960 WS-C2960-24TC-L V10 wont boot (error)

Hi

I purchased the 2960 WS-C2960-24TC-L V10  a few years ago but never even opened the box. Today i went to set it up to add to the Lan. I get the following when connected via console cable. Not sure what has happened. and help with this would be greatly appreciated
