2960X-24P unable to write in flash

i have a cisco catalyst switch series of 2950X-24P, we are facing some issue on switch is that when we are modified configuration like we create vlan and that vlan assigned on port of the switch. when we are saving the configuration some errors are generate like no space available information.

troubleshooting of the switch: reboot the switch same issue observed. perhaps the flash memory is faulty?

check the flash with below command :

dir flash:  

dir nvram:

show ver

may be check is the service compress-config applied on the global.

also try new IOS code by famating and loading may fix issue (this could be bug based on the code you using ?)

the config register value is 0xf

The syntax is incorrect.  Try "dir" only.
