Hello.
I have an unusual issue here with a 2960X-48FPD-L. The unit in question does not seem to be able to boot properly. What happens is that it will progress through POST with no failures and then after the election, it will hang before it displays version data. This is the output I receive :

After it lists the legal requirement regarding cryptography, there is no further output or input from this device. The fan continues to spin and the device continues to receive power.
Thus far I have tried three different IOS versions with no change in result. I have tried formatting the flash storage and reloading an IOS image but it made no difference. Any ideas?
