2960X Web Admin Question

I'm curious to see if anyone has seen this or may know why in the latest 2960x software I applied, the web gui header doesn't load right and there is also an image/link to an external site:

This happens in multiple browsers and none of my older versions are doing this.

Scratch that - found the solution:
