We have a 3560 switch that locks up (lighs full on with no variation). The only solution is to remove power. Is a typical symptom to a known issue??

When you remove power do you get it back to normal mode?
The switch locked up, there may be a crashinfo file.
If power cycling doesnt help, you are due for an RMA.

I had a similar issue happen a month or so ago. When I looked in flash I saw a bunch of crash dump files too. I contacted Cisco and had a new one the next day.

I got same problem last month.
Just sent it back to Cisco for RMA.
