3750 how to limit traffic inbound

Hi all,

i must limit inbound traffic on the 4 interfaces of  these 3750s stackable.

Is it correct this template? :

policy-map ACANTHO-LIMITE-BANDA
 class class-default
  police 4000000000 1000000 exceed-action drop (FOR 4 GIGA INBOUD MAX)
!
!
interface GigabitEthernetX/X/X
 service-policy input ACANTHO-LIMITE-BANDA

When i drop the packet, means that after 4giga, will i lose them?
