3750 Switch Stack Not Saving Config Changes

Trying to configure ports for voice and access vlans, but changes are not being accepted. Problem resolves itself after rebooting entire switch stack. Not a feasible option during business hours...

Running version 12.2(46)

These switches have been in service without issue for 6+ years. Tried using version 12.2(55), but phones would not discover new vlans without manual entry. Issue just recently started happening. Was wondering if anyone else had the same experience

Not good at all specially since voice and data vlans are such a simple feature to add.  Did you happen the capture the logs before the reboot?

For a stack of 3750/G/E/X, use IOS 12.2(55)SE9.
