I have an issue related to cisco switch with model WS-C3850-48P. Its become factory reset when we restart it...
its version sw-version:16.09.06
Switch Image: CAT3K_CAA-UNIVERSALK9 INSTALL. Please suggest

Issue got resolved to run this command in global configuration mode:
config terminal:
no system ignore startup config switch all
then,
Privileged mode:
copy startup config.
reload

Hi M02@rt37.. i have configure (config reg is 0x2102) when switch restart its come back to Configuration register is 0x142.
with zero configuration

Try also to add this command and test reload after modify also the config-regsiter value:
no system ignore startupconfig switch all

If the switch is in ROMMON, please post the complete output to the command "set".
