6509/6748-GE-TX Input/Output drops & Errors

I'm seeing I/O drops and CRC errors across most of my connected interfaces on all seven WS-X6748-GE-TX modules in a 6509/Sup720.

In looking at flowcontrol as a possible culprit, 'show interfaces flowcontrol' shows off/off for Receive Flowcontrol Admin/Oper. Send Flowcontrol Admin is desired for all interfaces, but the oper values are a mixture of on/off/desired. Could these oper settings be causing my problems?

Because the problem is across all copper modules, I'm thinking it's not a simple cable or hardware problem with one module.

Hi,

i/o errors is probarly because packets are beeing process swithed. Check your mls config.
