802.1X shows no MAC address on port

When 802.1X config is applied to the port I can no longer see the MAC address on the interface.  When config is removed the MAC address shows up on the port.  After applying the config I have bounced the port and the device however it still does not show up unless I remove the config.  Since the port never gets the MAC address we are not able to authenticate the port using MAB.  Here is the config applied to the port.
