First post and I don't know if I did it in the correct place but, when running the command :set platform software trace chassis-manager switch 1 r0 re_poe verbose. I am receiving % Error : internal error in setting the trace level. Any tips?
I am communicating with Cisco and waiting for a response from them. I have had a port 26 issue on a few switches and with there instructions I am running the commands that they are giving me but they haven’t responded to me since Thursday.
