9400 ships with outdated SSL protocols

When attempting to access a 9407 Web User Interface for initial setup, the device fails to handshake due to only supporting legacy encryption protocols.

Have tried Firefox, IE, Chrome, and Edge to no avail.

Yes, I know the console port is a real thing and that browser-based config is for chumps.

Even if there were software updates, I'd be in a Catch-22.
