9500 management port down

i connected to cisco 9500 switches with console and completed initial setup. After first bootup with configuration, i see my manageent ip address is in Gigabitethernet0/0 but its down down. i try to rebounce the interface and used no enable but no luck. created vlan 1 its status up and link down. tested with loopback 0 interface its up up but not able to connect to web browser. Please help me

The out-of-band management port is a host port, and there is no need for any VLANs. Simply give it an IP address and connect it to your out-of-band management switch, your laptop, etc.

is management port physical interface ?if Yes then you need to connect it to network to be UP/UP.
for web are you config HTTP server in SW?

its not physical interface. yes, i have configured ip http server on the switch
