Access-list at NTP

Leftz

Hi, I got the below question. The switch is WS-C3560E-48TD 12.2(50)SE2

And I want to add access-list. Do you think it would be fine after changing NTP into digit number? Looks like the switch does not support name extended acl? Thank you

ABC(config)#ntp access-group serve-only NTP
                                                                  ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

ABC(config)#ntp access-group serve-only ?
<1-99> Standard IP access list
<1300-1999> Standard IP access list (expanded range)

Yes, I am sure there is no problem; Named ACL or numbered ACL, operations are the same; just looks a bit different.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

In reading the original post I notice especially this part " Looks like the switch does not support name extended acl?" What the switch does not support is extended acl. A named acl should be fine - as long as it is a standard acl and not an extended acl.
