Accessing HTTPS after Zeroize

IES Sys Admin

Greetings,

I zeroized  my rsa key using crypto key zeroize and recreated it but now I can no longer get to my https page.

I am a little new to CLI so I am looking to understand how to get my https page working again. What have I forgot to do?

Thanks.

Hello,

probably your web browser has stored the old RSA keys for the switch host somewhere in some cache and so it does not connect to the switch.

Either you find a way to purge/clear the stored keys on the web browser or you change the management IP address of the switch so that the web browser has a chance to learn the new rsa keys.

This is my first thought.

Hope to help

Giuseppe

I have tried clearing the data on my computer but even on 2 separate browsers I can't get to the site.
