Advice on IOS upgrade

Hi Friends,

I have a pair of C6509-E core switches with FWSM and WLAN controllers. I have already upgraded the IOS of FWSM to version 4.1.-10 and WLAN controller to 6.1, now I want to upgrade the IOS of switch itself please guide me which IOS version is more stable and newer for 6509 switch. Thanks

You can try 12.2(33)SXI9.

You can try 12.2(33)SXI train but verify the your requirement / feature that needs to be supported before upgrade.

right now I am running Version 12.2(33)SXH2a on 6500 Switch, but I believe that its very old so i want to upgrade to newer and stable version. any advice on specific version ??
