after converting 6500 cisco switch  to vss, is there existing config will gooff or still will be available with different interface number?

- i need existing configuration should be available after vss any challenges please ?

Hi,

Once you convert to VSS, the configuration will change, as port numbering for VSS is not the same as individual switches. For example if a port in the individual switch was gi2/1, in VSS it will be 1/2/1 (switch 1) or 2/2/1 (switch 2).
