i have ws-c6500-e cisco switch, after power failure configuation delete and when to Rommon mode. even shut down the switch its same but if we can reload then its working fine. before its working fine

can you please help me out how to fix this issue or i need to replace any part.

Console into the supervisor card and reboot.  

Post the entire boot-up process.  We want to see what's going on.

Is it SUP720?  If it complains about NVRAM corruption over the console during boot-up then there's a good chance a new battery would fix it...
