By mistake I deleted boot file and now access point only boots up in ap mode.
When I run Dir I get nothing.
How can I restore the image back?
I have tried Hyper terminal modem but it failed.

So here is the steps

1. Download this image c1240-k9w7-tar.124-25d.JA2.tar

2. Rename it as c1240-k9w7-tar.default

3. Connect your PC acting as TFTP server directly to your AP ethernet & assign PC 10.0.0.2/8 (gateway 10.0.0.1) IP.

4. While press the mode button power on the AP (using external power adapter).

5 Hold the mode button for 20-30s & then release it.

6. If you monitor the console output you should see the AP will download the image from your TFTP server onto it.
